One-time credit purchases

EditTextPhoto sells one-time credit packages. Credits do not expire. Purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

Refund eligibility

If credits have not been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used for AI processing are generally non-refundable because computing resources are consumed immediately. Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or a technical failure that prevents delivery will be reviewed individually.

How to request a refund

Email mooltazammul@gmail.com with your account email, order number, payment date, and reason. We normally respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider, relevant payment network, and your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can investigate promptly. We may suspend credits connected to a refunded, disputed, or reversed transaction.
