Summary
EditTextPhoto collects minimal personal data. Images you upload are processed by our AI infrastructure to fulfil your requested edit and are automatically deleted after processing. We do not store, sell, or analyse your image content.
Image Processing
When you upload an image, it is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our AI processing server. The image is processed for the sole purpose of completing the edit you requested (text replacement, watermark removal, or object erasing). The processed result is returned to your browser. Neither the original nor the result image is retained on our servers after the session ends.
Account Data
If you create an account to track your edit credits, we store your email address and credit balance. We do not store payment card details — payments are handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@edittextphoto.com.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g. page view counts, feature usage totals). No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes.
Cookies
EditTextPhoto does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use a session cookie to maintain your login state and localStorage to remember your last-used tool preference. These are functional and cannot be used to identify you across other websites.
GDPR Compliance
We process your uploaded images under the legal basis of "performance of a contract" (you requested an edit, we perform it). You have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you. Contact hello@edittextphoto.com to exercise these rights.
