Permitted use

You may use EditTextPhoto only for lawful creative, marketing, product, localization, documentation, and personal projects involving images you own or are authorized to edit.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, deceptive evidence, forged identity, financial, legal, medical, or official documents, harassment, hate, violence, malware, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to evade safeguards. You may not present altered content as authentic when doing so could mislead or harm another person.

NSFW and adult content

You may not use EditTextPhoto to create, edit, translate, transform, upload, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, erotic, or pornographic content, including AI-generated sexual content or content intended for sexual gratification.

Child safety

Any sexual content involving or depicting minors, including sexualized, exploitative, or AI-generated representations of minors, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Safety review and enforcement

We may review requests and uploaded content to prevent prohibited use. Requests may be rejected before processing and without consuming credits. We may restrict or suspend accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with payment providers or authorities when reasonably required for safety, legal compliance, payment disputes, or abuse investigations.
