What is this image text editing checklist?
It is a structured review for authorized flattened-image edits. It covers wording, typography, reconstructed pixels, composition, technical delivery and factual accuracy. It is not a guarantee that an AI result is correct.
Who should use it?
Creators can use a short version for captions and thumbnails. Marketing, ecommerce, support and localization teams should assign a reviewer who did not write the replacement when the asset carries dates, prices, product claims or instructions.
Text and typography checks
- Spelling, punctuation, capitalization and language are correct.
- Line breaks, alignment and hierarchy still make sense.
- Visible weight, color, outline, shadow and perspective are consistent enough for the use.
- The replacement fits without collisions or clipped edges.
Image and technical checks
- No old-letter fragments, obvious patch, smear or repeated texture remains.
- Faces, hands, logos, products, UI elements and object counts match the source.
- Pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, crop and file requirements suit the destination.
- The saved file opens correctly and remains readable at actual display size.
Accuracy, rights and safety checks
Verify dates, prices, locations, names, variants, offers, endorsements and disclosures with an authoritative source. Confirm ownership or permission. Do not use image editing to falsify identity, financial, medical, legal, government or other evidentiary records.
How is QA different from choosing an editing mode?
